Inside the Bakery

Flavio is our head pastry chef. He makes wonderful and exotic delicacies as well as traditional Jewish pastries. One of our favorites is soufganiot for Chanuka. From fruit tartes, to hamantaschen to pareve cheesecakes, to custom cakes, Flavio can make anything you can imagine.

We would be lost without Nancy. Nancy assists us with all aspects of baking as well as organizing everything so we can function.

Paulo is our assistant baker, helping Flavio with the pastries and

Claudio with the bread. He is a valuable part of our team.

Briana is one of our wonderful customer service consultants. She can help you decide just what is right for your party or affair, to what do you really need with that coffee !

Meet my youngest daughter Lily, as she helps out!

Claudio is our head bread baker. All of his breads, from artisan loaves, baguettes, ryes to whole wheat are unbelievable. We are especially proud of his challe, it is the perfect light and slightly sweet traditional bread. Everything is fresh, natural, preservative and of course, nut free.
